News: 5-2-2019: After several years offline, I've re-uploaded the website from a 2009 backup. Needless to say, there are a lot of ten-year old broken links. The Myspace, Soundclick, and Facebook pages are long gone. So is the Society for Unpopular Nostalgia website, at least for now. But I felt it was necessary to bring this website back. So here we are, 30 years on, and the memory will live on.
Here's some interesting things to know about:
1: Steve Shurts passed away in 2018, I believe the cause of death was lymphoma.
2: Rob Goble is working with Dan Muhlestein on a documentary film series, "Pleasant Green," about the pioneer history of their hometown.
3: Buddy Morgan is in the process of forming a new, still unnamed 3-piece "funky blues rock country" band
